Ross didn't seemed to be bothered at all (about his break-up) when he was spotted arriving at his birthday event with his ex-girlfriend Shateria. The thing is... She was wearing the exact same Balmain dress as Rozay's new boo, Cortney.
Our exclusive source who attended the party tells us that both women were there. proudly rocking their Balmain dress but it was obvious Rozay was more into Shateria and that SHE was his date... Even though SHE is the "ex" and Cortney is the rumored 'new boo' -- Or should we say the new, old boo seeing that Cortney has been involved with Rozay for quite some time... Even during his Lira days!
