Deelishis, one of reality TV's OG groupies... Looks hella different nowdays from the Deelishis we know from Flavor of Love.
It all started when she got a fat transfer...
Then she got a nose job....

And now, word on the curb is that the 40-something year old Instagram model has also filled her lips with that "Kylie Jenner" aka lip injections!
It's obvious she's had some kind of work done..but she claims her new fuller lip is from an "outer drawn line and a good matte lipstick" and it's only an "illusion" -- you know... The same excuse Kylie Jenner gave us before her gig was up.
